Had an outstanding experience at BFEC. A very friendly greeting at the reception desk...continued with each person working with me - from my (THOROUGH) exam with inclusive explanations and eye care...through to ordering my trifocal glasses (though I'm still in denial) with expert sizing and honest feedback with the various frames I tried. Best eye exam ever!!!! Dr. Pastilong is awesome!!!!
I found the staff to be exceptionally knowledgeable and caring. They took the time to assist me with my glasses and I finally found lenses that aid with my migraines and sensitivity to light. They are amazing!! I don't know how I have lived without the BluTech Lenses. I would highly recommend making an appointment if you spend anytime on your computer or electronic devices. The lenses protect your eyes from the dangers of blue light. Thank you Melinda and the entire staff! I will be back.
Poor customer service. Receptionist on the phone was very rude. Avoid this place if possible.
I was told that I can't make an appoint here because one member of my family didn't go to an appoint once. Their service is terrible here as the woman I spoke with was completely rude towards me. I don't know how they have any business when their employees are plain rude and refuse to make an appointment for a person if someone in their family (who they may not even know?!) didn't go to an appointment one time, unless you pay them 50 dollars. Sounds like a scam to me!!
The people that work here are VERY rude, I would recommend that you do not try to go here if at all possible. The receptionist was very unwelcoming and frankly a terrible person, I'm not sure why they hired her. Maybe she hates her job because everyone up there is insulting.
