Yesterday's experience was the worst out of all my years with the office. My children's appointment was at 10 am, but at 11:05-we had not been seen or made aware of any issues. A common courtesy of apologizing for running behind schedule would have helped greatly.
They took really good care of me! There Great! Awesome!
