Wow! I clearly did not connect with this individual. A review like this is so outside the usual patient experience that I cannot but help wonder what went on here. The reviewer does not say anything specific about why they feel this way. I am sorry this patient felt this way but have no way of knowing where the problem lies. I take great pains to provide good, sound medical information, I have never been consciously sarcastic when speaking to patients, and I do not consider myself arrogant.
