Not at all a safe place to live. The apartment conditions are not good. The office staffs are good while you leave there but when the time comes for you the leave then they wrongly charge you so that you don’t get your security deposit back and the manager is so rude that she is not even willing to consider your request. Unsafe place to live in the complex. Lots of security issue. I strongly don’t recommend this place at all.
I don't want to give even a single star because the apartment was worst when given to us and now when we left they charged us for the damage that was present even before we moved in and they made sure that all our security deposit was deducted by wrongly charging us for everything. The complex has security concern, many homeless come in and some also stay there for months in some corner. The maintainance of the apartment and complex is worst. One of the worst apartment complex. They wrong charged everything from our security deposit when the damage was present even when we moved in and not even willing to hear us. It was not only done to us but to many other we know from this complex who left. I really don't recommend this place to any one.
Before they gave offer $970 for 1 bed down. After 1 year $150 went up. After 4 or 5 months later they gave offer $899 for 1 bed. At the time of renewal, they will increase $150 to $200 sure and what will be the problem? Again they will start to leave Bossa Nova and Bossa Nova will empty again. If they increase $150 to $200, nobody live in here. Thank you.
Cristina was able to get me into these apartment within a week, she has been a great help with maintenance issues and was very quick to help me. Definitely recommend these apartments 10/10
