I do not recommend this place at at all, I moved out recently and have noticed that I was gonna move out by the end of July as I do not have a contract with them!! I spoke with one of the staff members and told him everything, he said there was no problem and told me that I needed to sign a paper for the deposit purposes only! I gave a verbal notice and we agreed on that. The pool is always closed.
Their maintenance survice is sucks I placed couple work orders to fix broken/ defected things in my apartment it’s been four days no one is show up, new management is lot more weaker than the previous one heads up to landlord
