I have rented here for 3 years and only had a handful of complaints. The washers in the laundry room can use some replacing. We had to wash at the laundry matt across the street for the past few years. And some wear and tear in the apartment could have been fixed a little better before we moved in. Other than that, I love the neighborhood. The neighbors are friendly, everyone minds their own business, and the office participates in charities that provide food to the community and organizes child heath care programs. I’ve lived in these Bossa Nova apartments for a few years. The following is my experience. The rent price is affordable, given the location. The office staff, Celia, I believe, is her name. She has always been polite and helpful. The maintenance staff has always been professional, although I don’t bother them much, and I've always paid on time. I don’t even remember what the late fees are. Although there is now a gate, there is no access control, a growing safety concern. The entry gate is kept open during business hours. I ... read more
