I’ve had my hair cut in the past by her with no issues, this was a shock to me. Scheduled an appointment for Saturday Nov14 @1000, and she couldn’t unlock the door, which wasn’t her fault. We rescheduled for 1430. She sent me a text later that day to reschedule again for the following day, Today, Sunday Nov15 @1530, to which I agreed.
