Being without dental insurance, I was hesitant when first starting with Collins because of costs. Living in Aurora, I'm able to find many competent Dentists,some with lower fees, however because Amy Newkirk came recommended, I decided to try Collins. To date , I have not been disappointed. In fact, her assessment of my needs were spot on in addition to her timeliness of what had to be accomplished first. I always have a wonderful experience here. I really appreciate that the hygienists keep track of what we have talked about and make an effort to catch up on my personal life.
Everyone was friendly and professional, and everything was ready at the appointment schedule time.
Emily was an excellent dental hygienist at my appointment on Saturday, really taking time to answer my questions and making sure I was comfortable during my entire appointment. She shared some helpful suggestions to make my dental care easier and I experienced none of the tenderness I usually feel for a few hours after a cleaning. Thanks!
The staff is amazing and completely professional! I am usually hate going to the dentist but my mind has been changed!
I didn't like your new water pick for cleaning tarter. The inside of my lower lip was sore fortwo days after. Everything else was fine.
