Cheerful, friendly, professional place to have dental work!
The hygienist was fine but I am confused about why I was handed a bill and asked to pay it. I thought the insurance company paid these bills.

You are correct, your insurance does pay and you were probably simply asked to make a payment, just in case your insurance did not cover that visit at 100%. Welcoming, friendly staff goes out of their way to make you comfortable. I'm not a fan of dentistry in general, but my fears are put to ease in that they listen to my concerns and address these issues in a friendly manner so I'm as prepared as possible for any next steps. They're also sensitive to financial concerns; I truly believe, with all these qualities, that they have their client's best interest in mind.
Great facility and great people. Everyone really took the time to ease my fear of coming to the dentist. I just had a cleaning this week and mostly it went fine but I did have a small piece of my tooth broken off from the cleaning utensil which is slightly unpleasant. They did offer to fix it if it is too uncomfortable. Overall, my experience is was a good one.
Staff was extremely pleasant and accommodating. I was fit in and had never been there before. I never felt rushed...dr Collins spent time and answered all my questions. Extremedy satisfied with my care.
Professional, courteous, and friendly staff make the visit easy.
I have always had complete faith in Dr. Woodrick. Dr. Woodrick and his assistant have made my visits as enjoyable as possible for the work that had to be done.
