I was approved for an apartment with Bosley Management several years ago. Due to a marital separation my income was very low. Shortly after that my wife passed away from cancer. Rent in this area is extremely high, but in light of the rental assistance provided through Bosley Management (30% of my income) I was able to comfortably care and provide for our 5 year old daughter. The management of the CO. and AZ. facilities use fear and false threats of eviction, arrest, and Harassing/bully tactics to prevent tenants from filing complaints with the USDA. The manager at our complex came and stole our ashtrays from our balconies when the building went to Non-smoking. Any tenants whom have undergone these types of tactics should contact their local USDA branch. Many of the tenants are afraid to complain about maintenance issues due to the managements anger issues. The owners of Bosley Management were extremely rude, and horrible to deal with. They have established a huge portion of the low income housing in Sheridan, WY and the units are in horrible condition. They are not truly interested in helping families with housing but instead they would like to make a dollar!!!
One of the appartment complex needs fixed for so many years and it still in not fixed. First of the handy cap ramp is all covered in ice the whole winter because there are no rain gutters. The carpets in them are over 20 years old. Over half of the windows leak and are all fogged up on the inside. The wiring is all messed up. Half of the light banisters dont work. And so much more.
