In general is scam, they only care about money which transplant costs around 15-20K$ , as i say they do want you to come back for second time so they can make another 15-20$ because the first time they only take and implant 1-2k grafts. It is very hard for someone who lost their hair early age and trying make it up but then fall into these peoples hand, it was so unfortunate.
