Impersonal, rude and lacks professionalism. Told patient to go to ER after presenting with weakness without any written discharge orders. Suggested that patient was dehydrated and turns out not to be case. A bad look for the urgent care center
Never answers phones or return calls. I have trying to reach since February with no answer or return call. I would not this provider for my pet
