The staff there was very friendly and knowledgeable. He explained and answered all of our questions and gave us a demo. We ended up purchasing the Bose S1 Pro. The purchasing experience is delightful :)
I went with the intention to drop off my headphones for the Bose staff to ship them so i could get them replace due to a malfunction, instead, the Bose staff decided to cut my 2 week waiting time for a 1 minute process. They exchange my product for a brand new product so I would not have to wait for the manufacturer to send me a new set.
