I've been shopping at Boscov's for years & always find what I want. The employees have been helpful & polite. The sales are great.
Poop or mud on the carpet. It was disgusting and I wouldn’t try anything on after seeing this in the ladies’ department. Store smells like mildew as well. Won’t be coming back and would not recommend unless you are looking for elastic waist stretch pants!

Yes great deals and for most part friendly atmosphere. Could use more open registers when busy but it’s worth the deals and free gift wrap is best!
Terrible customer service nasty mean and that's the one I felt with. As I walked by the candy counter the lady working it snapped at another customer. I work in retail and how both these employees acted would have them fired. I understand why department stores are dying out if this is how you train your employees to deal with customers. I will never shop here again.
