It's not an easy process. There's little guidance afterwards, and the decisions are tough. I had to visit several times to get it completed.
Excellent presentation by Boscoe Law on all the aspects and issues related to estate planning.
John Boscoe of Boscoe Law was very friendly and knowledgeable regarding Wills & Trusts. He prepared our Family trust and now I truly feel that all my assets will be easily divided between my family members with very little delays from probate. I highly recommend that you call his office and find out where his next free seminars will be and by going to his seminar he will give you a nice discount for the preparation of your Trust
