Quality service and attention to detail.
Just happened to walk in to look at frames....Jennifer greeted me and helped me RIGHT AWAY. I ended up getting the 1st pair she handed me! This is great service. The others in the office also very friendly and helpful. Also, GREAT frames....so get on in there!!! You won’t regret..
Dr Bosco is extremely polite and professional. Only thing I could say though is the receptionist laughed at me bc Im having a hard time getting my son there and I asked if I could Please secure the 3 o clock appt for today and if my ride bails on me Ill call at 2 and let you know she said were trying to run a business..
This office has a great team of people. I always enjoy my visit.
Wow what a great Dr and staff! Dr Bosco was super nice and explained everything he was doing. The staff was wonderful and Jennifer was very patient as I took forever to pick out my glasses.
Excellent service, and time is taken to explain the exam, and assist with finding frames, and deal with insurance. I'm looking forward to getting my new glasses, and will definitely be a regular customer :-)
