Friendly and fast service. Excellent place to have your car serviced.
I brought my car to European Autohaus for a wheel speed sensor fault and a turn signal issue. They had everything figured out within a day and parts arrived and installed the following day. I took my car back pleased with the work done, and comfortable with the price. I am fairly car savvy and usually do my own maintenance, but the two issues I was having were difficult to figure out and seemed to be something electrical and at least a little complicated. I was on my way to a driving trip with friends. On the way, my 2003 RS 6 lost a rear brake bolt and sheared the other one. The car could not be driven. I saw the positive reviews and called European Autohaus. They mentioned it could be fixed by noon the following day if no additional parts were needed. So I had it towed. I arrived around lunch, so after they got back, they were able to remove the wheel and caliper, drill out the sheared bolt, and get it back in place, sans 1 destroyed dust shield. I’ve taken my Land Rover to European Autohaus twice now—once for a coolant leak and another time for a gasoline leak. Each time, they’ve done a great job with the repairs and got my vehicle back to me running smoothly. The only complain I have is that they DON’T SHOW YOU THE PARTS THAT WERE REPLACED. It’s all good, but I think it would help customers feel even more ASSURED about the work being done.
