Probably the best car service experience I have ever had, and I have had a fair few to compare it to. Got my car serviced with John and he could not have made the process any smoother, from first contact to sorting out what was needed to getting everything finished up, it was all just genuinely pleasant throughout. Sorted out the details of the service via call and text before getting to the shop so I could walk in and get everything moving straight away. No back and forth, no hassle, no runaround, just enjoying the experience of getting my car looked after by John who was great. He was much more knowledgeable about the vehicle than other service people I have dealt with, and generally great vibes all round.
