I've had the run around several times in the past. I understand that I do not have great credit, but I have several years of car payment without being late. I was very pleased that the sales manager was able to get me financed directly through Nissan! I have a high interest rate now, but I am going to continue to make my car payments on time and I will be back to your dealership next year to trade this vehicle and get another one with a better interest rate. Lease ended, new lease started. Switched from a Rogue to a Juke. Both Zachary and Rachel went out of their way to accommodate me ad to get me into the vehicle of my choice.
Great experience. Staff was friendly, helpful, and knowledgable. My questions were answered when asked. Over all i will recommend the dealership to anyone interested in purchasing a nissan or a ised car.
We came to Nissan looking for a new car that gets good gas mileage and still has a spare tire. We found both in the 2015 Versa that we purchased. Rachel was most helpful. we just told her what we were interested in ,and we drove it home that day. We are repeat customers. We purchased a previously owned vehicle from Rachel. So when we returned we sought out Rachel. The experience was a joy.
Good experience with the individual that checked my windshield for chips. Service lasted a reasonable amount of time. Everyone was curteous.

Rachel was FAB she worked really hard to get me in the car I wanted the finance guy worked his magic I came in basically with a low credit score and they were able to work with me, my experience was great my next car purchase will be at Nissan of Chesterton for sure!
