What a great and interesting tour and the tasting was amazing flavors and varieties...look forward to the new tastes coming...left with 8 bottles of Mead ! Wonderful staff and owner and atmosphere look forward to going back!
Watched Wisconsin Foodie episode today where a demo was given on making MEAD. I found it quite interesting. However, I probably will never try any, based on the lack of sanitation during the demonstration No hair or beard nets while mixing and was pretty grossed out, considering the amount of hair on the individuals that were demonstrating. Is it always mixed this way? Yuk!
Great place and atmosphere. Wonderful owner and tasty beverages!
Friendly, knowledgeable staff. The mead is amazing, but they have a few other beverages if needed. The location is great and ample parking behind the building.
