Worked with Alina Nguyen and she made the whole process of getting my Volvo the best experience I’ve had at a car dealership. It was my first time getting an electric vehicle and she took the time to answer all of my questions and made sure I felt I had all the information I needed to make a decision. I’ve been a loyal customer for 4 years, but after a recent maintenance issue, I’m extremely disappointed. I brought the problem to the salesman I purchased my vehicle from, as well as others at the dealership, and none of them showed any interest in resolving it (Derek, Rachel, and Tori). The lack of care and accountability was very clear. Because of this experience, I will not be returning.
