Not too long ago Mike B. in sales came to our rescue. A drunk driver totaled out our parked car and we suddenly found ourselves in need of a vehicle. Mike was perfect for us. He got to know us a little and suggested a few different options based on our needs. He didn't try to upsell us in any way. We really appreciated that and will definitely keep Mike in mind for future car purchases.
