I just picked up my third car from Borton, and worked with Duane for the third time as well. This was the best experience yet! He went the extra mile to get me the information I needed while I had a few busy weeks at work. Alina Nguyen is amazing at what she does! Her customer service is top notch. She went above and beyond to get me in my dream vehicle. She personally picked me up at my old dealership when returning that vehicle, personally picked up and returned my new vehicle days after purchase so I could get my front windows tinted and was the most friendly and personable (without being cheesy or salesy) salesperson I’ve ever worked with at a dealership. I have a uniquely positive experience after my 60K mile service at Burton's because of Rachel D. Working in car service over many years, she was able to give service insights beyond anyone at Burton Volvo has done for me to date. All I was asking her for was to "help me achieve the Volvo driving experience." Beyond knowledgeable, she is wonderful to deal with, and customer-focused.
