I just purchased my third XC60 Plug-in Hybrid from Susan Tadewald at Borton Volvo. The whole experience was easy and issue-free. No push and great communication as I waited to take delivery. The Finance Manager, also a woman, made the experience issue free as well. Buying a car from women is a game changer. Congratulations to the management team for hiring these two winners.
As a 24 year old going to a dealership you tend to feel like they’re trying to take advantage of you because you are young. This was not the case for me. I received outstanding service and understanding from my salesman who made the whole process very enjoyable! If you are looking at any of their used cars, ask for mike!
Alina was helpful, kind and worked with us tirelessly to get me into my dream car! Thank you Borton Volvo! Best place to buy and ask for Alina, she is simply the best!
Todd was knowledgeable, patient and very Efficient in helping with the purchase of my V60! Felt confident driving my first Volvo after his thorough review of the car’s functions. Thank you!
