RecommendedGreat at the planning and pre-planning phase of services, quality service there. On funeral day I was disappointed certain decisions were made without my consultation, but this was 7 years ago and hope things have improved. I've used this company given my family's long history with it, and have been overall satisfied
Not sure where the 5 stars came from, but customer service is not their strength. They were not friendly and I would not recommend them at all. Our experience at Hosoi was exponentially better.
They were very supportive and helpful. Would recommend.
