Keep me updated on repairs and great customer service. I called to make appointment for an oil change, and I didn’t get the same service as normally do. I am disappointed that they no longer offer a loaner While they are doing the car repairs.
Appointment was easily made, they understood the problem. I was in and the repair was made within the hour. Very polite and personal employees.

Very professional. On time. And love the shuttle. They took the time to explain that the repairs were not urgent but let me know what was going to be needed in the future! Here I was checking to see if I had enough left on my credit card to pay for it. Really love these guys!
Borst received my car on Tuesday and it was done the next morning. So service was good. Never had a new alternator put in this car, so I don't know if the price was reasonable. But they were polite and prompt.
