Mark is the beat. He was so helpful and got my car in and out. I will continue to take all of my vehicles to mark and the hard workers at Borst.
They kept the car over-night; but, they seemed to be very busy. The Inspection Report was extensive and awesome. It's too early to comment on the repair. I will definitely return.
They serviced my AC, put a new compressor and condenser. I was on vacation in California, however, and suddenly had problems with the blower motor. I spoke to the manager with Borst and to my surprise, he offered to pay for the fix in California. I was shocked by the offer. He earned my loyalty and gratitude by this customer service that went above and beyond the norm.
Took my vehicle in right away. Found that it was an extended warranty problem. Saved me the expense. Everyone was nice and welcoming. Thanks for your service!
