Very professional and detailed. They make you feel very comfortable and explain all processes.
Very patient. I have always been afraid of the dentist! Patience and conversation ended this fear.
I just had a cricis. I was able to call Dr. Borson on his cell after hours and he did hesitate to help me. He called my persrprescription in while I was at the Rx. That is how much he cares about his patients. I absolutely love Borson Dental! From the first day I walked in the office I felt he genuine concern about my situation an him and the staff made sure that I was as comfortable as possible and it's still the same.
They told me everything they were doing and why they were doing it. They have up to date technology so that they can analyze and show patients why something needs to be done. Very professional staff.

I have no complaints! The entire staff is great and they will really take care of you. I have sensitive teeth but they always make sure I'm comfortable. Good with kids also.
What I liked most was how patient the staff was with answering my questions. I have a new insurance and when I called they were able to let me know what services are covered and which were not as I need a lot of work done so I wanted to be prepared. The staff was very thorough and had no issue looking up my plan information and relaying the info back to me so I can plan accordingly.
