Have a referral here and have yet to receive a call or call back. Have been calling for days now. If you need access to your doctor this is not the place for you. Update... get to my appointment and he’s a really nice guy. Tells me that there’s nothing I can do about my thyroid but get it take out. When I know for certain my thyroid gets better with a better diet. Idk if it’s old medicine or insurance fraud! 🤷🏾‍♀️

They're impossible to reach. Good luck trying to set up an appointment or if you have any questions. They never call back even if you leave messages. It is almost as if they have a phone just for the sake of decoration.

I never write negative reviews but I have never had a worse experience than with this doctor. He told me that even though I was on a certain medication (which he specializes in), he would not monitor it or even pull labs to see if my levels were normal. I Tried to call and reschedule an appointment, no one ever called me back, but they charged me for a “no show”. Worst of all, when I called to check on lab results, they said I was fine.
