Owner Bryan is very rude. Rescheduled my appt three times and my tattoo was done too dark…do not recommend

IF YOU ARE BLACK/AFRICAN AMERICAN, DO.NOT.GO here. W. Barron is EXTREMELY RACIST and very snobby. He is not kind to newcomers, and he does give a warm-welcome to Black people. He had me wait outside for over 30 minutes and let people go in front of me when I was there first. ~ I would NOT trust them to put a piercing in my body.
Emily is the best and has done two of my tattoos. Everyone is so friendly and the cleanliness of the studio is A1. They are thorough in getting the idea of what you want, in their explaining of the process, and in their aftercare plans. They were great before COVID in terms of hygiene and have now risen up to the new challenges presented by being proactive with online forms, cleanliness, social distancing, and mask wearing.
Ashley Henson did a phenomenal job on my tattoo!
Sooo I decided to get this tattoo that says “two feet move the body four feet move the soul” to dedicate to my first dog, Grayboy, from when I was younger. He was everything for me and he made me fall in love with animals (especially dogs) and to lead me to the career I am in today. If you look close we put some gray fur color in the watercolor of the paw print ❤️❤️❤️ S/o to Jon Overton at Born This Way for his amazing work!
The staff are always courteous, prompt and provide excellent service. I love how inclusive and accepting they are. Amazing all the way around!
Tyler pierced my nose for me yesterday!! Y’all, I did this once before and it was constant problems. From the ring they used to pierce me and for months after with irritation and issues. Tyler was excellent at explaining and reassuring me. Telling me everything I needed to know. Graciously answering all of my questions and listening to my concerns. I’m very impressed with the hygiene standards of BTW before the pandemic and now. I don’t know how they did it, but they have made it even more hygienic before. It’s on par with the standards of safety I feel when I’ve been to the doctors. This is my 4th visit. The first was a tattoo, second a piercing, 3rd was to help with a piercing that was closing up when I removed the jewelry, and this was for my nostril. I can’t say enough about the entire experience.
