Kirk is consistently inconsistent. He does not do what he says he is going to do. He does not show up when he says he will show up. I have subcontracted concrete work to Bormann Construction and have experienced poor quality work and unhappy customers. I have had to apologize to several customers for his lack of communication and poor quality craftsmanship.
