Worst customer service. Expensive exhaust system that doesn’t fit correctly for my 2019 Toyota 86 with no response after emailing 4 people over a week ago. I purchased Borla because it’s made in America and it’s reputation for being great. I should have paid half the price for a cheap knockoff that would prob fit the same or better.
RecommendedPurchased a Borla exhaust but had a defect on it. I sent pictures and within 5 days I had a new system at home. EXCELLENT after sale service, I recommend this company to anyone.

Your "Stainless steel" is broken underneath my truck. Even after sending pics, your rep refused to help me because I dont have a receipt for a 4 year old exhaust system. Way to stand behind your product. I own a detailing/aftermarket performance shop here in PA. I'll be sure to spread the "good word" of your customer support department. I thought spending the extra money on your full system, vs just getting a muffler from a local shop would be worth the extra cost.... I guess not
Have a 2014 Hyundai Veloster that I put a cat back system on with next to no miles on it. Recently discovered after it started getting very loud... that the flex pipe broke. Called Borla and a Chris B got me squared away with a new replacement piece. This was my second exhaust from Borla and now have 3 vehicles equipped with Borla. Appreciate what you guys do. Pictures of the broke piece and the replacement... just because
Borla has taken my wife’s money and not sent her product in 6 weeks and keeps moving up the date. Every week for the Borla ATAK exhausts
