El departamento de servicios al cliente son unos descarados y unos mediocres. Estuve esperado 3 semanas para verme con un especialista en infection Disease, varias veces hable con este departamento por cuestiones de referido y demás y en toda la a llamadas me confirmaban que el doctor es un especialista, hoy cuando llego a mi consulta me dicen que el doctor es un médico general, que no es un especialista. Borinquen Health Care son unos falta de respeto y son una falta de concideracion al hacerme perder mi tiempo.
My experience was excellent ! It was my first time with the clinic and the staff ! They were all so helpful from the receptionist, nurses, administrators and doctors ! I was welcome and taken care of immediately !!! Did not had me wasting any time ! They had me going from one unit to the other and was able to get everything done within few hours. All I can say is THANK YOU BORINQUEN MEDICAL !
Buena atención
Que decir llevo dos citas y una peor q la otra la primera tuve q esperar casi 3 horas para q me antendieran la segunda la asistente me dio los referidos de otro paciente llame para pedir mis referidos y después de dos semanas aún no me devuelven la llamada .pesimo es decir poco
