Was this provider's office too cold? Not at all, it was the perfect temperature Are you going to visit this provider again? Without a doubt! Did this provider's staff seem to respect him/her? Does this provider treat every client equally? Yes, they don't show favoritism Did this pediatrician's waiting room have separate areas for "sick" and "well" children? Yes, they had a "sick" and "well" area Does the pediatrician have other doctors or nurse practitioners that can provide care if the pediatrician is sick or unavailable? Absolutely. Did the pediatrician ever make you feel like an inadequate parent? No, they never made me feel like a bad parent Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? No, they've never taken personal calls with me Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed? Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance

I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods. They were very kind and professional, and never made me feel like I was a bad parent even if I disagreed with them on some parenting issues. I feel that I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. They were somewhat easy to reach in an emergency. They didn't answer the call at first, but did eventually call me back.

Was the waiting area spacious? Yes, extremely spacious Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had Is this business in a safe neighborhood? Absolutely, It is the safest neighborhood around Did this pediatrician allow you to be with your child at all times? Absolutely. They make sure I am always able to be with my child at all times

Does the pediatrician interact with both you and your child during appointments? Absolutely! They respect my child's individuality and always address both of us Did you notice a foul odor when you arrived at this provider's office? Not at all, their office smelled fantastic! If you didn't want certain vaccines for your child, did the pediatrician respect your decision? Yes, they respected my decision

Were you able to relax during your appointment? No, I had to leave I was so distressed Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment? Yes, I had to wait quite a while If your child is sick can the pediatrician see him/her on the same day? Yes, if my child is sick they get them in right away Did this provider seem well-trained and experienced? Yes, they seemed very qualified

They do not mess around!! That is something I like about a doctor. They will not take chances. They answer any questions and do not make you feel like you are bothering them. They make me feel very comfortable with procedures they do for my baby and tell me why. Very informative. Will not change doctors unless I absolutely have too.
