Dealership experiences can be so vastly different for each customer depending on their Advisor, Technician (mechanic), problem, day of the week, and a ton of other factors. Please Please read the reviews they tell a lot about this place. I scheduled my Recall for my Bronco here. All they have to do is inspect the shocks. They said to bring in around 8am so I brought it in on Wednesday at 7:30. They said it would be a little bit but should be done around 2pm. So I went home, waited and they called me at 3pm and said that they were not able to get to it today but will do it tomorrow. Not a great thing but I said ok. "My recent visit to Borgman Ford for a routine oil change and tire rotation turned into a significant safety concern and a costly problem. The technicians identified a nail in one of my tires. Instead of informing me so I could address it, they inexplicably rotated this damaged tire to the front of my truck. This is incredibly dangerous and irresponsible. Stay away from here. Jobs that take an hour will magically take 2 hours or more. They up charge like crazy for relatively simple tasks. I paid $350 after being given a $425 receipt, despite an initial $200-250 quote, for a headlight rewiring because their techs “took longer than expected” to put my headlight back in. On top of this, mesh from under my hood was left inside of my car like they couldn’t be bothered to put things back. So unprofessional. Absolutely ridiculous, steer clear of this place.
