This place is a joke. I get that it's a busy season with all the snowfall, but that’s no excuse for the complete lack of professionalism. I cracked my taillight and called to make an appointment, only to be told they don’t take appointments—just walk-ins from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday. I've visited this location several times and consistently received excellent service and communication. This past year, my wife had a car accident, and initially, we took the car to a different repair shop as directed by our insurance. However, after experiencing delays at that shop, I contacted Borgman Ford Collision and talked with Arnold Rider. Arnold was honest about the wait times and explored options to help us. Do not come here and if you do don't deal with the manager (arnold rider) he had a whole attitude with me about something i had mentioned about the job even tho I had the right to since it was my vehicle. Im talking about a very bad attitude not a little one so watch out when your working with someone like him. Imagine getting mad over a scratch that they easily could've painted or polished but no he decided to take the immature way and I never once had an attitude with him even when he had the attitude with me.
