This is one of their nurses. Very irresponsible.
Went to er cause I fell. Doc came in felt my arm told me I pulled something. Aced it n but it in sling. 4 weeks later still in pain went to different er, and sure enough I have a broken elbow.. Never again will I go to this ER
Our dad had an extended stay and had an excellent experience. He felt well cared for by the whole staff. The food was the best he's had in any hospital. He appreciated the attention to his small needs throughout his long stay.
Dr. Broadbent has been rude and unprofessional to me and my wife. My wife is in here for an injury suffered today unrelated to previous visit. He would not listen to her or me. Told my wife who was in extrem pain that she could leave if she didn't like it. Then accused her of threatening him when she was talking to me. When I tried to talk to him he totally ignored me until he got mouthy with my wife and I finally had to raise my voice to get him to acknowledge me. Hearing nurses talk about patients having attitudes! You guys are real professional! YOU DONT LIKE YOUR JOB FIND A NEW ONE
The nurse I had I believe her name was Sharon was the most inspirational an motivational woman I ever met. She talked me thru everything that I went thru. She gave me great worda of advice that I wish my husband and kids would've heard. The dr talked me through what he was thinking every step. He never left me in the dark about my care. I have taken my dayghter there an had the same amazing treatment. I love this hospital way more then Allegan.
I visit Borgess-Pipp regularly for blood draws, lab work, etc.... I have to say that the ladies who work the main reception are fantastic! I have met several, and each were very kind, friendly, helpful with payment plans, etc... great front desk personalities! Equally, I love your staff who works in the lab!! I swear I'm just gonna be sick for the rest of my life. Thank you so much Pipp for doing FUCKING NOTHING! Let me give you some insight, when a girl comes in with bronchitis and NO SPLEEN you should probably give some antibiotics so she can get fucking better. Instead, 3 hospital trips later, finally got some medicine (from Allegan cause fuck Pipp) but I've been sick and coughing for 2 weeks straight. Now my mom's got it and my 5 month old is getting sick. Worst I have ever had. They didn't do nothing for my medical issues. Didn't take precaution of my head injury or foot injury. No medication for the pain. No Nothing!! Worst experience I have ever had. I would never recommend this hospital at all!!! And didn't act like they were worried about nothing. Very unprofessional.
