I am NOT FROM KALAMAZOO and wanted recommendations for a hospital either Bronson or Borgess that specializes in miscarriages and other services. I had a lady give me lip and a guy not give a car. I came to Ascension Borgess Hospital Emergency Room in search of medical care and advice because I was unable to walk without SEVERE pain in my legs. My boyfriend bought me crutches for Christmas...the pain was unbearable and I didn't know why it was happening. I left crying and wanting to die. I filled out the financial aid and it got overlooked and when I submitted another form they only approved 90%, so I still had a $300 bill. The staff is overall awesome. Great care of my family members in there. Polite. Professional. Answer questions. They have a great sense of humor. Guests can eat with their family members. They are decently quick to answer call lights. And are conscious of safety. I trust my family in their care. My complaint is the building itself. The building however is eerie. My husband and came here for rapid heart beat, chest pains, and tingling feeling in his legs. Took over 3 hrs to be seen and in the blood work was found possible blood clots. 6 hrs later no cat scan or ultrasound was giving as my husband wasn't even checked on and still waiting. " Our desire is to provide you with EXCELLENT care every visit."
