I have been going there for over two years and I have never had a problem there, had problem with them receiving lab results from another provider. My past experiences have been great. Arrived at appointment time, registered, saw nurse first and the doctor was there shortly thereafter. I was in and out in less than an hour. Like someone said, could be the docs, but having had complications at one time or another, it can disrupt their schedule. I am totally satisfied with the Facility and my doctor. Joyce
They need to know what insurance they accept when they schedule an appointment for someone! After waiting 6 months to get in they tell me they do not take my insurance after telling me when I made the appointment that they did!!!

I have been to Borgess Health Park on multiple occasions. I have had MRI's done here. I have had lab work done here. I've had a chest x-ray done here. I've had my Mammogram done here. I've had a Bone Density test done here. Now I have decided to change my primary care doctor, and started seeing one here. Every single experience I have been here has been totally awesome.
