I've been going there for a few years now..almost always have to wait in the room for the doc, but I'm patient. I get that they're busy. BUT, Today was the last straw. I had to miss work, AND bring my baby with me..I waited over an hour in a room..the doctor never came in and I had to get my other child to dance, so I left.. I'm so furious I will never go to this office again.

Too long of waiting times two hours
well the doctor had scheduled me to have therapy and it's been two weeks since I went on the 28 of last month and they haven't called me im tired of not being able to sleep because of a torn meniscus either schedule my surgery or im not coming back you guys say your going to help me get better well therapy isn't going to help a torn meniscus
Have people that will actually do their jobs, Call back when a patient has a problem or question and and if they call back LEAVE A MESSAGE!
Tell me why Borgess Health Park thinks it’s ok to make their female patients wait 2+ hours, NEARLY NAKED, to be seen for a SCHEDULED appointment. Have some respect and decency to at least let me leave my clothes on until you plan on showing up. Mind you they request you arrive 15mins early for paperwork & clearly state if you are more than 30 mins late you will be charged for a missed appointment... it took me 3months to get my appointment, cost me $an additional $30 because it was a Saturday and I was never seen � FIVE STAR... read more
