Absolute joke of a company. Had my tour scheduled for 515 9th st NW for days at 3:30. We show up and there is no one to let us in. We call the management office on the call box no less than 15 times. I call all available numbers listed and I get absolutely helpless and clueless employees who hang up the phone on me. What an absolute waste of time and energy. Words cannot describe the unprofessionalism of this company.
Worse management company in town. Poor responsiveness. Limited to no communication. Look elsewhere!
