I ordered the wrong tire valve kit for my RV. (My fault) I emailed with a question, and the next morning I had a voice and email from Kellie letting me know I likely don’t have what I need. After talking with her by phone and confirming the parts I needed, she sent them via 2 Day Fed Ex. She didn’t charge for the parts or shipping. It’s so rare to get that kind of communication and service these days. If you are looking for tire related products,their knowledge and customer service is unmatched. I wouldn’t use anyone else.
