Very helpful. Modified existing glass and knowledgeable replacement of broken louvre. Friendly and up for a chat.
Superb all round. Had several mesh security sliding doors and a dozen odd shaped windows and louvres made and install. Could not be happier. Very easy to deal with. This review is 5 years after installation, everything still operates as new.
Having, firstly, been 'bulldozered' into accepting a substandard product that we didn't want, we were then confronted with abismal after sales service that saw this company abscond from any responsibility/ownership for the aforementioned products that needed repair within a month of installation. Within 12 months of the installation, the acual job, including the products used for the installation, also were cause for concern but, again, the excuses to avoid taking ownership due to "how busy they were" at that time came in th... read more
