I love living at Borealis. The people and management are friendly, the building is clean, and the rooftop view is incredible. The location is nice and quiet, and it’s just a short walk to Washington Ave and all the great restaurants and shops. It’s also very pet friendly, which makes it even better. They recently added a new coffee machine in the lobby, which is such a nice touch. It’s a great place to live. Highly recommend!
We love living here! The team is very friendly, they fix issues usually within 24 hours. The amenities are wonderful and the building is great!
I really enjoyed living here, the staff are all super friendly and helpful. The building is around a ton of great restaurants, coffee shops, and walking trails. Maintenance requests were handled quickly, and the office staff really make you feel welcome.
