My husband and I have lived at Borealis since June 2025 and love it here! We love our apartment and how modern it looks and feels. The neighborhood is amazing with a lot to do in walking distance (restaurants, gyms, shops, etc.). The rooftop has a great view of the Minneapolis skyline along with grills, an herb garden, and tables and chairs if you want to hang out up there. Amazing building, beautiful units, and Martin is an absolute legend. Truly a breath of fresh air compared to a majority of properties in the area. So much attention to detail and cleanliness. Submitted an application same day!
I love living at Borealis. The people and management are friendly, the building is clean, and the rooftop view is incredible. The location is nice and quiet, and it’s just a short walk to Washington Ave and all the great restaurants and shops. It’s also very pet friendly, which makes it even better. They recently added a new coffee machine in the lobby, which is such a nice touch. It’s a great place to live. Highly recommend!
We love living here! The team is very friendly, they fix issues usually within 24 hours. The amenities are wonderful and the building is great!
