Our inspiration for Borealis is what came before: The historic Great Northern Railway, bound for Tacoma, Washington had its starting point here in the North Loop. An enormous subterranean stone tunnel lies under the site, carrying Basset Creek to the nearby Mississippi, the Father of Waters. What's old is inherently part of what's new at Borealis. Just relocated from California, and I have to say—The Borealis Apartments have set a new standard for me. This is by far the cleanest, quietest, and best-maintained complex I’ve ever lived in. I can’t say enough great things about living here! The manager is thoughtful, proactive, and truly cares about the residents. The entire team is consistently helpful, kind, and takes amazing care of the building. Highly recommend!
Don't automatically gravitate towards new builds but I can tell that the company that built this one knows what they are doing. Quality craftsmanship, gas range stoves (say whaaaat no new builds have those anymore), vibey lounge areas, dope rooftop, and temp controlled parking- it's an oasis amidst the bustling North Loop of Minneapolis. They hand deliver eviction notices on the first business day after rent is due. Shameful behavior.
I just moved in and I'm very happy with my apartment, facilities and leasing staff so far. Thank you to the leasing office for helping me move from out of state without seeing the place in person. I appreciate the video tours and check ins throughout the process. The apartment is extremely clean and fresh smelling. The building in general in really clean and in pristine condition always.
