If you are looking for a thorough land survey, book with them. Greg is an expert in his field, he is accurate and triple checks his work before placing stakes. He has done a couple properties for me and I will continue to use him and recommend him. Borderland engineering is in my “black book” for homeowners.

Greg did a great job at our house. He communicated well, was able to do the survey in a timely manner. He was also very helpful when we needed a follow-up service because we lost the spot where the rebar was when my neighbor was getting ready to put a fence up. Very friendly and provides professional documentation.

I had asked Greg to do a property survey for my house at Sharon. I had an excellent experience with Borderland Engineering company. I like that he gave a detailed quote and promptly started the work on time. Greg had to traverse to multiple properties in all four directions from my house to find the origin marker. I contacted a handful of land surveyors for cost estimates. Among the quotes received, I was most impressed by Borderland Engineering, Inc.’s quote. It was detail with the price, the process, the time for completion, and the deliverables for the survey. I like having things spelled out so that there are fewer chances of misunderstandings.
