Worst customer service. Reception desk employees always have an attitude and provide inadequate information. Physicians here are good but customer service is bad to the point that I would recommend another Doctors office.
The physicians are great, however the staff are incredibly unprofessional and rude. After waiting for 30 minutes in the lobby I was surprised by the aggressive response I was given to a simple question asked. I would not recommend anyone to this place besides the deaf simply because they can’t hear how RUDE these people are.Ultimately I walked out and while on the way to my car in the parking lot found another Primary Care provider. Marisa on the phone was incredibly nice, it’s a shame her colleagues do not follow suit.
