Came here on a Sunday night (Karoke Night) to have a good time. Everything was going smooth that was until it took 15-25 mins to get the drinks we ordered. They should really consider hiring more waitresses or even scheduling more people on busy days. Also I can't imagine being a karoke dj is the hardest job. You follow the list and play who signs up. The girl with the red hair is amazing!!! She's fast and always tentative. Always makes the drinks right. Recommend going.
Bartender lost my card and didn't tell me til I was closing out. Fuck this place.
Was there for 45 minutes, ordered with 2 different bartenders, We saw them take new orders but never got our drinks. Last call was called we tried again but nothing. Very disappointed especially since we go there a lot.
If you are depressed and want to go into deeper depression this is good place to hang out.
First time I've ever been there and I was not impressed. The dj for karaoke would skip the line and put his friends up first. And the waitress we had kept forgetting our drinks and it took her 30+ mins and coming to the table 6 times to even figure out which card was our ( there was only one card for the entire table) each time showing ID to match the only rainbow card in her hand. First time there, Nice place to chill music was awesome, bouncer was nice and was full of energy, only thing wrong Customer Service Sucks with the Bartenders, I understand that they get busy but come on that's where their tip is at and ignoring ur customers you're not going to get a good one pay attention to your customers, reason why I say this is I saw most of the bartenders doing it ignoring is not the key communication is
