I put in a request for maintenance on Monday August 25/25 a step needed repair in a stairwell on one of the entrances to building B 885 confederation drive I found the third step from top missing on the floor at bottom of stairwell. It was supposedly fixed then I was coming in that door again on Thursday August 28/25 I phoned the request for maintenance a second time. The first day me and my partner moved into Borden place, everything worked fine. Later that day, we noticed the hot water in our kitchen was out and our fridge was leaking and had a broken seal. So we called the maintenance number and we were told someone would come the following day. Nobody came. So we called again and someone came the next day at 9pm but only fixed the water. 3 days after the first phone call someone came and fixed the seal for the fridge. Homeless and addicts everywhere in that area, and lots of traffic in that building.
