I put in a request for maintenance on Monday August 25/25 a step needed repair in a stairwell on one of the entrances to building B 885 confederation drive I found the third step from top missing on the floor at bottom of stairwell. It was supposedly fixed then I was coming in that door again on Thursday August 28/25 I phoned the request for maintenance a second time.
