The first day me and my partner moved into Borden place, everything worked fine. Later that day, we noticed the hot water in our kitchen was out and our fridge was leaking and had a broken seal. So we called the maintenance number and we were told someone would come the following day. Nobody came. So we called again and someone came the next day at 9pm but only fixed the water. 3 days after the first phone call someone came and fixed the seal for the fridge. Homeless and addicts everywhere in that area, and lots of traffic in that building.
I never got my keys. They were never dropped off. I also asked about a ring camera that was facing my car when I got key also never got a call back. The place is always is dirty with garbage laying outside of it, glass by the garbage cans trash and carts on the grass and it takes forever for anyone to do anything.
I can’t figure out whether this is a park, a playground, or a home! It’s not just a one day issue — since last year, they’ve been constantly disturbing all the people with noise and screaming. We call a home a place to feel calm, safe, and at peace. But this situation is so frustrating, especially because the parents don’t seem to care or control their children. I truly hope maintenance will do something to resolve this. Thanks!
