My vet, Gailor Animal Hospital uses your company. When my exHusband and I chose cremation for our beloved Ali I had no idea what to expect. I knew I was getting her remains back but had no clue what it entailed. From the paw print bag, label with her name on it, artful like box with her remains, some of her hair, brochure on dealing with pet loss, certificate of cremation, & poem book mark; it was very sweet and honored her down to the smallest details. Thank you so much for taking care of my baby.
I was devastated to find out my baby girl Scrabble was too sick to be helped. The toughest thing I've ever done was to put her to sleep. Thank you for taking care of her remains and getting them back to me so fast. The urn/wooden box she rests in now is beautiful.
We received our fur baby, a Shih-Tzu named Madison, back from BPC today and we were beyond happy. Their work is beautiful and the ornament we got with her paw print in it was simply stunning! We got a beautiful sympathy card about the Rainbow Bridge, a certificate about her life, the ornament, and the box with her ashes is more than we could have dreamed of. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts! I'd highly recommend this business for the loss of your beloved pets!
We received our boy's ashes back on a Tuesday, the day we were moving out of state, after losing him just the Thursday before and over Memorial Day. They put a rush on it for us so that we could take him with us on our move. We SO appreciated that greatly! The package that we were given had a beautiful wooden box where his ashes were placed in a very nice black velvety bag. His name is printed on the back.
