Do not do business with this company! Their technicians regularly do not show up when scheduled and when you call to have them do the follow up service they should have a week ago - they try to charge you for another month of service despite moving properties. Instead of honoring appointments they missed that were scheduled. Bad business all around - would literally recommend anyone else.

I requested a termite inspection on a Monday. I was told they were going the following day which was perfect, so I paid for it right there. 3 days later, I called to check on the letter, then I am told they had it on their schedule for that Friday, which mean, the letter was going to be released Monday, which was not going to work for my deal. I moved from Augusta last year. Twice I had to call and ask why they are still deducting funds from my bank acct. They apologized and issued me a refund. After the second time I asked that they remove my bank information from their records. They stated they did. They just charged it again for another $90 this month. They lied to me and have no idea how to run the business. During the time they were servicing my house, the bug guy would never call and show at random times. I suggest a more reputable company. Terrible services! Expected me to pay past due fees of previous owners (nearly $500) before allowing us to have service with them. Also removal of stations caused grass damage. Find another company.

Great service. Easy to schedule by phone and pay online. As a REALTOR, I use them for my clients all the time!
