Needed service on my central air (that they installed). Called 5 times left a message and they NEVER returned my call. I will never purchase or contact them for anything again. I understand they are likely busy this time of the year but since I purchased from them would have expected a courtesy call indicating they are not able make the service call and to fine another vendor.
