We bought our Roma Metro Tile Roof in 2010. It was advertised by the manufacturer as the Rolls-Royce of all roofs, which we believed at that time since it came with a 50-year warranty and a hefty price. We got it installed by the manufacturer recommended and factory-trained technician, as required to get the 50-year warranty.
