The project was for the replacement of a damaged roof gable vent. Starting with Cindy, the office manager I explained my problem, She was very polite, set up the appointment for the repair team to come to me home and kept me informed about the appointment, the cost and what to expect. On Tuesday at one pm the repair man was to come and start the repair. He (Luis) arrived on time and replaced the gable. Clean, profession and kept me updated on the repair. BORA did a great job all the way around. From the visit by one of the owners to determine all aspects of the job, to the estimate that was received, to the flexibility of modifying the written contract to meet my requirements, to the execution of the job in the timeframe agreed. The crew was fast and did an excellent job in the removal of a large pergola, the inter-twined vegetation, the leveling of a raised deck, and the cleanup of the site.
Friendly customer support that was flexible with our schedule. Top tier craftsmanship. I would recommend for any sky light repair.
