From reception through entire visit, EVERYONE was polite, professional, and compassionate. I am very phobic of dentist visits due to a very bad past experience at another dentist. When I explained this, I was met with compassion, empathy, and concern which put me much more at ease. Everything was explained to me and I was asked many times throughout the procedure if I was ok, if I needed to take a break, how I was doing. I've already scheduled my next appointment....that's how impressive they were.
